Telegraph Hill started with Devon Turner and a simple belief: people selling a house in a hard moment deserve to be treated with honesty, respect and care. Since then the team has bought more than 100 houses directly from homeowners, without agents or listings.

We've overseen dozens of full renovations, which is why we can look at a house in any condition and give you a straight number. Inherited houses, rentals with tenants, homes that need everything — that's normal for us.

We're based on the South Shore and buy from Greater Boston down to the tip of the Cape. We recently moved into a new office. Same team, same way of doing things.

Devon Turner
Founder & owner Founder
Devon started Telegraph Hill on a simple idea: treat every homeowner with honesty, respect and care. He grew up in Massachusetts and has closed more than 100 direct-to-seller, off-market purchases.
He's also overseen dozens of full renovations, which is why he can look at a house in any condition and give you a straight number. His specialty is the complicated stuff — tough situations where both sides need to come out okay.
Off the clock, Devon travels, spends as much time outdoors on Cape Cod as he can, and keeps family and friends close.
Ben Teixeira
Homeowner guide
Ben is a Massachusetts native who spent five years in California managing high-end construction projects before coming home to join the team.
He's usually the one who walks the house with you, answers the questions you didn't know to ask, and guides the sale from the first call to closing. When he's not working, he's outside or traveling.
Jack Needham
Acquisitions
Jack grew up on Cape Cod, boating and exploring the outdoors. Before real estate he worked as a gas fitter in his family's company, so he knows what's behind the walls.
He brings that hands-on knowledge, plenty of enthusiasm and a personal touch to every seller he works with.
Avery LaFrance
Operations manager
Avery is a lifelong Massachusetts resident who joined the team in early 2026. She holds a Massachusetts real estate license and comes from construction operations and property management.
She runs the financial side and transaction coordination, so every closing stays on schedule. Outside of work you'll find her outdoors with family, friends and her golden retriever, Rory.
John Dullin
Real estate assistant
John keeps the team organized behind the scenes — new inquiries, follow-ups and making sure nobody waits on a callback.
Originally from the Philippines, he spends his spare time walking by the river with his guitar.
